"Crack" Fries

When you smell the combination of rich garlic-y white truffle oil and parmesan cheese on top of crispy crunchy french fries...you'll understand the title. The most wonderful restaurant in Crested Butte, CO serve the original Crack Fries that can not be beat, if you are ever there: "Go down for sushi @ the Lobar".

1 teaspoon white truffle scented oil
1/2 oz grated parmesan cheese
50 frozen french fries
sea salt

Preheat oven to 425F with a tinfoil lined sheet pan inside so it is 425F too (this will equal crispier french fries)

Lightly (and carefully) spray pan with Pam and spread french fries out so none of them are overlapped

Bake french fries for 20 minutes turning once after 10 minutes (leave the oven closed as much as possible so the heat stays in and your fries get nice and crunchy)

Evenly sprinkle with truffle oil, cheese, and salt
