Easy Baked Salmon



This recipe could not be any easier. Salmon is so wonderful on its own that you barely need to add anything to it. The ingredients in this recipe are a simple accent to it's light healthy taste. Serve it with steamed vegetables and brown rice or orzo for an easy delicious meal.


1 salmon fillet (12 oz)
 olive oil spritzer
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh or dried rosemary
pinch of garlic salt
1 lemon

-Preheat oven to 375F
-Put tinfoil on a large baking sheet and spray it with Pam
-Place fillet on sheet
-Spray olive oil on salmon and top with rosemary, lemon zest from 1/4 lemon, sea salt, and a little bit of garlic salt
- Bake salmon for 25-30 minutes until it is firm and flakes easily with a fork (145F)
-Serve with lemon slices if desired

Calories per 1/2 filet (6 oz) 325 calories
