This is very much like my asparagus pesto, but I add almonds.

ReplyDeleteThis looks delicious! I love broccoli, but only when it's on the soft side of tender, so this is totally up my alley.
ReplyDeleteYum! Perfect for a potato. I've made pesto out of spinach, basil, and arugula, but never broccoli. I gotta try it!
ReplyDeleteLooks really tasty inside that omelet. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is so unique! I've made all kinds of pesto but never with broccoli! Love it.
ReplyDeleteOh yummy!! I needed a new way to make pesto without basil this time of year. Thank you!! Miriam@Meatless Meals For Meat Eaters
ReplyDeleteThis is a cool idea! Does it taste similar to pesto at all?
ReplyDeleteNo, it doesn’t really taste anything like a normal pesto but it certainly packs a flavorful punch with the garlic and parmesan and just a slight hint of broccoli. I would compare it more to a very thick broccoli and cheese soup that you can put on anything. That sounds less appetizing than I wanted it to but it is really a delicious recipe (if you like broccoli!) that makes a ton of food.
DeleteGreat, lighter pesto! Fabulous idea
ReplyDeleteOh now THIS I have to try!!
ReplyDeleteWow! I have some broccoli in the fridge and I am DEFINITELY going to try this!
