Asian Wrap


This Asian inspired wrap is perfect for lunch. It is super tasty and chocked full of protein to keep your tummy full until dinner. The vegetables are interchangeable just use your favorite stir fry veggies or whatever you have on hand.



1 Light Original Flat Out Flatbread (find @ Walmart)
1 teaspoon smooth peanut butter (Skippy Natural)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro
2 tablespoons matchstick carrots
10-20 leaves of baby spinach
1/4 cup sprouts
1/4 red pepper sliced into long strips
1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Spread peanut butter over one side of flat bread

Top peanut butter with red pepper flakes and cilantro (they'll stick to the PB so they will stay in the wrap)

Layer with rest of fillings, carefully and tightly wrap into a roll and slice in half
Tip: If you're taking it to go just wrap tightly in saran wrap and keep refrigerated until lunchtime
