Brussel Sprouts w/ Proscuitto and Goat Cheese

This will make a brussel sprouts lover out of anyone.

1 bag steam in bag brussel sprouts
1/4 chopped prosciutto
1 1/2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese

Steam brussel sprouts as directed on bag
Once steamed open bag and let cool for about 5 minutes and then cut each brussel sprout in half

Cook prosciutto in large skillet over medium heat until crisp

Add halved brussel sprouts to pan with prosciutto and cook over medium heat (stir very gently) until slightly browned

Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese
