Zucchini Crisps

These will make a vegetable lover out of you or anyone you feed them to. They are easy to prepare and you might already have all of the ingredients you need to make them in your fridge and pantry. You can adjust the seasoning in them to your liking, they are versatile, easy, and delicious (might I add healthy too).

2-3 zucchini
Panko breadcrumbs
chili powder/ red pepper flakes
garlic salt
dried basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pam

-Spray tinfoil coated baking sheet with Pam

-Cut zucchini into rounds about 1/2 inch thick (discard ends)
-Put in bowl with olive oil and stir until coated

-Mix rest of ingredients in a shallow bowl

-Coat zucchini pieces one by one and place on baking sheet, press coating on to make it stick

-Spray top of zucchini with Pam so they get crispy

-Bake for 15 minutes or until browned and zucchini are tender
