2 tbsp of your favorite BBQ sauce
1/3 block extra firm tofu cut across widthwise
Rub BBQ sauce and lightly sprinkle grill seasoning on each side of the tofu
Preheat a grill pan or panini pan to around 300F (over medium high heat) and spray with Pam
Put tofu on heated grill or pan
Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until tofu softens and the grill marks get crisp
